  • 2025 is a big year of growth for Lee Ann. She plans to complete her 500 Hour of yoga instruction through Corepower by October.

  • Lee Ann has joined the teaching team at Redflo Yoga in La Jolla. Join her for a 60-minute Focus Flow on Wednsdays at 4PM.

  • Somatic Experiencing International has accepted Lee Ann into its 3-year Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Program, focusing on a “bottom-up” approach to healing symptoms of trauma and chronic anxiety through the body.

  • Lee Ann will complete Rocket Yoga training certification in Costa Rica in July 2025 with Andre Harris.
